Paradise London Nightclub

I had the best time at the club with my friends on Saturday 25th till Sunday 26th which was my 31st Birthday I went with my 6 best friends we all had the best time and we all had an table with Aguardiente too

DISGUSTING PLACE. Went here with my friends and when we were going to leave the club we were assaulted by two men who pushed my friends, shouted racial slurs at them, barked at them, and threw a drink in my face. Instead of dealing with these men a security guard named Alex began to aggressively shove me out of of the crowd, at one point picking me up from under the arms even though I was asking him repeatedly to please stop as I was leaving willingly. Staff did absolutely nothing to resolve the situation, one of the co owners told me that apparently they couldn’t remove the men because they were a table of 15 and he didn’t have sufficient security for that, despite us repeatedly telling him only 2 men were involved. Waited around for about an hour and a half for the men to be kicked out the same way we were but alas, they were allowed to enjoy the rest of their night after assaulting 3 women. Seems to me that the staff didn’t want to remove them because they’d booked and paid for a table whereas we hadn’t. Disgusting behaviour from the men who assaulted us, the security guard named Alex who assaulted me, and the staff who did nothing to resolve the situation. Avoid at all costs. We did not feel safe here one bit, clearly staff are on the side of whoever’s paying more to be there even though there were plenty of witnesses to what happened. Looking at other google reviews I can see this is a common pattern here, one review a woman left is almost the exact same story as ours. Security guards assaulting people and I’ve seen photos posted of bruises people are left with and I’m not one bit surprised after the events of the weekend. The security guard in question is being reported to the police, just because you’re security doesn’t mean you can go around assaulting people for no reason, what did they really think one woman was going to do against 2 men? To top it off, one of the co owners gave me his number and I have contacted him since explaining the situation and in his response he basically blamed us claiming if we had asked to use the men’s table the situation could have been avoided. Oh and that he would look into getting us a refund, and of course we have heard nothing back about this. Truly pathetic place don’t waste your time.

Really impressed with how polite and helpful the security staff was , I had to wait for a cab and a security guard (with a turkey flag on him) was so kind as to wait with me , and double check the driver for me I felt safe a ended my night on a positive, I would definitely be coming again .

I am regular at this club, but I can’t put more than one star after what happened today, we had a free ticket for a lady and we have been there before 12 but cause of the queue they try to charge the lady 15 pounds, its not about the money ( I wound spend more than 50 pounds anyway) but this attitude should make this club to close

My friend got assaulted at this club by the security who was clearly under the influence. After the traumatic incident, the security threatened me and my friend and said no one would believe our word.
Disgusting club. I tried to reach out to customer service and they offered no resolution.
