Paramount Night Club

Been coming here since I was 18 and now I am 22 and I still come here the respect and love and care you get from the guards all the time and the workers I love this club.

They ARE MY NUMBER 1 CLUB I ALWAYS COME TO I LOVE THEM I FULLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE 100%.

One individual pushed me, I fell over. Then the girl who attacked me went and told security I attacked her! Absolutely crazy! She was obviously friends with security.. I was then manhandled and grabbed ripping my shirt. And thrown down the stairs.

Absolutely unacceptable behaviour from security staff.

They need better training and people skills. And actually listen and observe a situation before turning violent and over using their powers.

Came here for a good night. We ordered a jug of long island which was good value 😆. That all changed when someone from the floor above threw their drink onto us all over our clothes and into my eyes not once but twice hitting us and the jug we were drinking. We informed the staff and they reluctantly sent someone to look. They didn’t tell us anything until we had asked multiple times. Finally they told us that they had kicked the perpetrators out (we did not see this) but they could not replace our drinks in any way at all. Very disappointing, expected at least some effort to take care of customers and ensure their safety and happiness. The bar tender was also a bit rude and dismissive. Much room for improvement.

On Saturday 7th January I went to this club with 3 of my friends. When we got to the front of the line I was told my top didn’t fit their dress code (a shirt with the sleeves cropped off was classed as a singlet). I can understand a club having dress codes but when they let women come in with crop tops and cleavage showing dresses I don’t understand how my visible shoulders could possibly offend anyone? I offered to cover up my top regardless as my friend had an over shirt on her and was told quote “don’t hold up my line” as I was putting it on. After I was let in the same lady told me “security will be keeping an eye on you and if you remove the covering you’ll be asked to leave”. I understand the staff are just following venue policy and don’t blame anyone individually but I’ve worn similar attire before and never had an issue (on top of letting other customers with similar style clothes in with no problems).
Very disappointed as I have really enjoyed previous visits here and had nothing but great experience until now

defo the worst club in northbridge. i got hit in the face and got banned for 3 months just for trying to get the girl off me. very unsafe environment and terrible, rude and unprofessional management. firstly there should be no violence anyway but then after such an upsetting situation for me i received the restriction. i messaged the venue saying it was unfair and i would like an explanation why i was banned when i’m the one who got hit, and got told “i’ll be more than happy to extend your restriction if you keep arguing” – from the apparent ‘venue manager’ (just an insecure nobody who wants to feel like she has authority over people to make her feel better about her horrible self). defo don’t recommend this club and will never go back to this dump anyway.
there’s clearly a reason why this place is free…
