Horrible customer service, never going back and neither are any of my friends. I complained about the place on social media, they didn’t reply and they blocked me. They have a shot flavor called “abortion”. Horrendous and not funny. Who runs this place???
Also smells horrible in there. Stop selling those huge jugs, people spill them everywhere. I had a lot of drinks accidentally spilled on me by people who were dancing with those jugs, ridiculous.
Decent place been here forever looks a bit greasy from the inside lots of music from my generation cheap drinks couldn’t ask for anything more
Packed up place with hotshot dance floor with I believe the best pitcher that I’ve had in a long time. The DJ and the music just makes you dive in. Don’t miss Phil’s if you’re here in Waterloo!
They need professional security. Security drank my beer 2 times (specially the one close to the dj)

No food, lots of drinks, no foul smells. When I went last their toilet flooded but they were very quick to respond and rectify the issue. Provided an alternate bathroom in the meantime. Kept clean, positive vibes. Great music!
