Playhaus Nightclub

Hello guys,
Playhaus (350 water street) Note this address and just visit once then you will never go to any other club because i always go to this club with my friends and they guys always make my time special also drinks are so pocket friendly. A person can enjoy with 60$-70$ and also DJ is amazing seriously, STAFF is seriously very nice.

I totally agree! Playhaus Night Club in Vancouver at 350 Water Street is an incredible party spot! The music, the atmosphere, and the energy there are just phenomenal . It’s the perfect place to let loose, dance, and have a great time with friends.
Went with my friends first time a month ago to explore its ambience and vibe but surprisingly, now have been visiting the club fortnightly . Club staff members deserve a lot of appreciation. They work tirelessly to create a fantastic experience for everyone who walks through the doors. From the bartenders who mix up delicious drinks to the DJ ISB and Harshid who keep the party going, and the security team for managing the crowd and handling any potential issues.

Our experience was really good it was glow party . The security on door take everyone safety seriously the way they were checking everyone, dj with long hairs played really good songs . We are definitely coming back..

Too many things to say. Lets start with the behavior of staff. Firstly, the staff does not know how should they talk to customers coming in. Especially, the guy who was bulky , i dont know his name however he was very rude. Can u imagine the irony, had cigarette in his own hands and asking other people to show the bags. Excuse me, you are smoking on your shift, you are drinking on shift. Who allowed u? Go get some lessons how to do the job first. Stupid guy. Learn how to respect people. Also, guy checking girls bag. Why? Where is your lady staff? Lady staff might be busy in impressing boys. I understand they are doing their job but doing your job does not contribute to the fact that you get the right to disrespect people. We waited alot even though we had tickets. Apart from that, staff asking us to pay 30 dollar for ticket and extra 5-5 dollars for belongings which maybe the part of their looting business. Also, one of our friend did not had physical ID, they asked us to pay 20 dollars in cash because its not legal. So basically, they are running illegal business under premises. Additionally, lady at counter was so weird, she kept saying can someone pay all in one. Afterthat, saying can you both pay together. If we do not want to pay together, why you are giving us orders. Stupid lady and stupid staff.Not only this C grade customer service was the issue but also the ambience. I also felt dj was not good. Very boring and was playing repetitive songs. They need to work on all of these.
