What do PRYZM Kingston visitors reviews this place?
Pryzm was a great place for attending a concert! I really appreciated how the room had various different levels to it allowing for easy viewing across the room
The stage was a little low which could make it difficult for some people. The decoration in the room was beautiful and I loved the light feature as the centre point!
It is located very close to Kingston train station which makes it super useful for commuting to and from central London!
Have visited twice, both times for Banquet Records gigs, first Michael Bublé and then more recently Rick Astley.
Perfect venue for such gigs – so small and intimate, you can actually see the person you’ve gone to watch!
Bar is good, and security is on point.
We look forwards to our next gig here!

Fantastic music venue for intimate gigs.
Often there for events put on by Banquet Records and have never had any issues at all.
There are 3 levels you can stand on to get dfferent views of the stage and all of the levels have been good to listen to the music, so whether you like being right at the front or higger up on the balcony, there is something for everyone
It was my first time coming to pryzm and I can’t lie I was nervous at first hearing ‘horror’ stories from others. However once I arrived those stories were just stories and I had the greatest time. The staff were kind and considerate, the drinks although a bit pricey were really good and the amount of times I experienced girlhood in the toilets was amazing. Can’t believe I wasn’t in disco when teenage kicks played 🥲
This is my first experience with the club, my arrival was met by an ambulance stopped outside, paramedics laying reflective foil on the multiple unconscious bodies on the pavement outside the club entrance. Steve the general manager proceeded to follow this initial experience by being unprofessional, disrespectful, and dismissive.
As I raised my valid concern about the night regarding event tickets entry given the clocks going back, he walked away halfway through the conversation. I arrived before the last entry time on my ticket after travelling for 2 hours in a costume for Halloween, then I was told that I wouldn’t be allowed entry because the clocks went back, despite the time I was there being before the last entry listed on my ticket. When I mentioned that this was not written anywhere on the ticket or event page, and that I arrived at a time before the last entry on my ticket he just walked back inside the club. I would like to tell him he looks like a nonce but he probably hears it enough so I won’t bother with insults. The assistant manager and security doormen were doing their jobs so I can’t fault them too much but somehow Steve the general manager and boss was the most useless.
