Overly aggressive bouncer grabs teenage girls (14)by the arm from teenage disco and dragged them outside accusing them of drinking. Only for a Red Cross/ambulance lady shouted and said it was the 5th time that night he did that he let them go! They were crying so went to the toilets and he followed. It was their 1st teenage disco and they were so upset they left early. I emailed twice and contacted them on Facebook twice and didn’t so much as get an acknowledgment! What he did was highly inappropriate and verging on criminal yet they ignore parent’s concerns

Turned up, bouncer said “sorry”. There was no reason to not be let in! Went back 10 minutes later, tried again because I was talking to people nearby, and saw loads of people get in. Again, “sorry”. So I said “sorry but why won’t you let me in”. Again a plain “sorry” and staring into thin air, like I wasn’t worth talking to like a human being. It was a horrible experience. I am not local and organised a night out with a friend in dundalk but it turned out to be awful.

Racist staff, wouldn’t allow me and my friends in. I politely asked for a reason why and was simply told “management says so” even though no one had spoke to management

The staff is just shite. Racist security and kids as bartenders. Go to brus instead.
James the manager just doesn’t know how to do business, all his staff is not professional at all. I saw people get kicked out as animals just cause wearing baseball caps. Disgusting

Staff at the door very inpolite and ignorant. Didn’t get in for no reason, when security was asked to give a reason, all they said was “we don’t need a reason to refuse entry” which leads me to believe they were being ignorant towards foreign people (being racist).
Will NOT be back 100%.
