Birthday night out, we had a booking and arrived at 23:05pm. Unfortunately we had to pay £10 each and no leniency given.

I must say security were really nice overall.

However Bar manager Jessica is a disgrace, she needs to learn how to resolve disputes amicably rather than swear at customers and then accuse them of swearing at her.

The bar manager is known to act in this way, as mentioned by security themselves (one posted near toilets) and her bar staff who seriously look scared of her.

The tables are cordoned off which forces you to use the £3 cloakroom, very inconvenient, and they have staff patrolling this too, not a great atmosphere.

Please avoid at all costs, it is a shame as the security team are amazing.

The security guards are AMAZING!! Fatim is the best by far she’s so kind and bubbly and such an asset to the team. Don’t have a bad thing to say about this place the staff are wonderful and so welcoming and they are such fun! If you want a fun night out, great music and amazing drinks come here!! I love all the people here great crowd. Blessing who supports all us girlies in the toilet is an angel and she genuinely is a blessing. They all work so hard to make sure everyone has an amazing time and I love coming here. RUMBA GOOD JOB !! See you on Tuesday hehe big love and support x

Had such a night! Went there yesterday with a friend and everything was great… besides for the DJ🥲 I know it’s not nice to go there asking for songs… but the fact that he said no in such a rude way.. like chill bro, you’re just ruining everybody’s mood for no reason why!

Bar Rumba proved to be an abysmal night out. Both security guards denied our group entry without valid justification, only relenting after our tickets had expired past 11:30, seemingly to inflate entry costs. Once inside, the venue was excessively cramped, making movement nearly impossible. I strongly advise seeking alternative venues.

The guides were super nice! BUT they disappeared at the end and the security people determine whether or not you’re too intoxicated to come in to the last bar. I was sticking up for a random guy in my group and the security said my husband was too drunk to come in. Then she decided to not let anybody from the bar crawl come in. It’s a rip off because if you can’t drink and have fun then why pay for this. She was super rude and the reviews will tell you what you need to know. Just do this on your own.
