About this restaurants :
There are a few people that made my last visit memorable. Shout out to Philly who works downstairs, he took care of me all night and his service was impeccable. He’s also one of the bouncers and made me and my crew feel extremely safe. Also huge shout out to Angel who works the booths upstairs and Joe who works the door outside. Both were super polite and were very professional. The only reason why this place looses one star is because of the drink prices. You’ll end up paying $13 after tip and tax for a beer and $16 for a well drink. I understand it’s river north but still. I will definitely be back
It’s a cool place, with good music! There are two floors, with different DJs.. In my opinion, this is sometimes good when you are not happy with the music, but sometimes bad because you split the audience..
I didn’t have any problem to enter (I saw many negative reviews related to that here..)
I order a gin cocktail ($18) and sugar free Redbull ($10).
We watched a Dj, so we bought our ticket’s in advance ($15 each).
As someone trying to explore a sober life style, it was EXTREMELY disappointing to find a fountain drink in a reusable cup was $7.
This is very disappointing for sober individuals or sober drivers. Typically for this reason bars offer soft beverages for free, $2 for a soft drink sure, $3 is even much, but SEVEN?
I was wanting to fit in with the crowd with a soda in my hand and was so disappointed I kindly gave the soda back and immediately went home.
Me and my friends will not be returning as they know I cannot enjoy my time sober with paying $7 per small fountain coke.
Will never return to this venue again. Extremely strange vibes. Went for an after to see Reaper after Kai Wachi. Walk up to security and they say they’re closed – after we show our tickets we’re let through to security where we’re searched with flashlights.. only to walk into a venue with 12 of the most lit people I’ve ever seen in my life with about 25 security guards just standing. Absolutely no thank you lol
The music choices here are terrible. It’s either old house music or early 2000’s hip hop. Club is full of early 20’s. There are no water fountains and they charge for a cup of tap water which is illegal. Places of establishments must have a free water source for guests. There is automatic gratuity on checks which isn’t disclosed via postage. The cover starts at $25+. There are better night clubs with better music and atmosphere.
