Bonita is 5 stars but Bar man with glasses is an absolute miserable obnoxious rude BORE, shocking mixologist.

There’s no “good evening” or “how you doing tonight guys?” Literally no people skills, no customer service skills. No “that’ll be $25 thank you” no “eftpos or cash?” just NOTHING.

Literally has had no customer service training.

People come out for a good time and choose carefully where to spend their cash, dealing with a miserable person ruins the vibe. It’s not the customers job to charm the bartender it’s the other way around.

Bar staff should be charming, skilled, polite and UPBEAT.

Girls are lovely, sadly this guy lets the whole place down.

Dangerdoll gets a 5 for her Customer Service as for your bartenders worst attitudes ever. Who’s the guy with the glasses I think he was wearing glasses, looks like John Wayne Gacy well that’s what he looked like thru my beer goggles said no photos but his tone umm what??? 1st of all I took a photo of my drink, not your dancers why would I wanna breach their privacy/confidentiality like that? I’m a woman and I do have that respect. Hope you’re not the owner cos eff that! Honestly your bar staff made me not wanna spend more $$$ and buy more drinks.

Girls, absolutely lovely, however been made to feel bad for not tipping or constantly pushing for a tip ruins it for my wife and i, among already paying the 40 bux cover charge. Even told we would probably have to leave if we didnt.

Went for wife’s birthday. 1stvtine out to a bar like this together.. friendly beautiful ladies and was a nice quiet relaxed bar. Travelled from Nelson to check it out. Only critique would be lack of info for thinks like lap dance and spa. Will cum back.
