The Edge

The layout should be redone. Bad venue to see a band. 45 % of the bar (most front windows and pool table area )have zero view of the stage. Very small dance floor and can hardly walk past band / bar area to go to the washroom. Tall tables and chairs in front of band should be low tables and chairs. Paid the same as others and had no view of stage. On the upside my server was friendly.

Front house staff are great. The atmosphere is warm and very laid back. The food is pub food and great portions and quality. Live music was a huge bonus for us.

Omg. This is the best time you will have in the Durham region. Live bands are great! DJ is awesome!!! Staff treats you like family.
Real good mix of age groups but leans towards middle age people like me. I love it.

My cousin and I were looking for a pub with live music to hang out at, and we ended at The Edge. We were welcomed by a very wonderful bartender, and everyone was friendly. Lots of pool tables and the music was great. The food was great too. Next time, I will sign up to jam with the band.
This place is a nice place to enjoy music and food. If you live in Durham region, try them out, and you will not be disappointed.

Really great (loud, but great)band, great drinks (one of the beer companies was promoting a new beverage, so our first was free! 🍻) and, as always in Canada, the poutine was 👍👏!
We played pool ($35 deposit/$15 hr) -really nice tables.
We were there on a Saturday- it was packed. Make sure to make reservations if there are more than 2 of you. Also, the night we were there there was a $10/pp cover charge.
