The Hatch Club

Absolutely disappointed that the bouncer at the door on Sunday 25th march between 12:00-12:30AM told me that it’s CLUB POLICY that you HAVE TO take off your jacket before you can enter the club. If you don’t want to leave your jacket then you are not allowed in. Bearing in mind in 2 degrees Celsius outside absolutely freezing outside and I was wearing a small top that I wasn’t comfortable to wear. He said I had to leave or take it off. Just for a £3 profit for the club. It’s embarrassing to be honest. If I was wearing a huge puffer jacket then maybe I would understand but I was wearing a small throw over – barely a jacket. All in all thought it was inconsiderate that the bouncer wouldn’t even let me talk and just said “bla bla bla put your jacket away or you ain’t getting in simple as”. Way to ruin someone’s night. Hire better staff- I’ve had a long week of working 8:30-7pm every single day. I came out to blow some steam and have a good time. Having rude people at the door step made me turn away and I was ready to spend a good few ££ hundreds on drinks but for £3 you lost an entire customer and now bad word of mouth going forward. Disgraceful.

I have been to this club many times, it’s my local gem. The bar staff are friendly with the ladies always carrying a big beautiful smile. DJs and line up are always great creating a good vibe and atmosphere for the crowd, playing updated mixed genre and music to cater for everyone. I highly recommend visiting this club if you fancy a fun night.

Absolutely disgusting, falsely advertising
‘1000+’ ravers when there were probably about 7 in the club, selling ‘vip’ tickets with no perks. Absolutely scammy don’t fall for them advertising their place as the after parties for every person who performs at the 02

I’ve Seen better atmospheres at my nans funeral , was promised an ‘afterparty’, all I got was an empty club with people who looked like they wanted to go home, was also promised ‘special guests’ and ‘special drinks deals’ and I all i was suprised with was Poundland lizzo and depression.
