I can’t say enough how fantastic and supportive this bar is to me and all the transgender women who come here. If you’re looking for a safe, fun filled night out as a transgender woman this is the place to go. From the Piano bar with some of the best NY singers and the GOGO boys downstairs everyone makes you feel welcome and supportive.

The frozen margheritas are both amazing and strong! Enjoy

Sad to see other poor reviews, but we honestly had a great time! The staff at the door was very kind, welcoming, and helpful even though they were super busy! Our bartender was very funny, personable, and kind. The bar upstairs is so unique, but downstairs? WOW! It’s a very fun bar. Their staff was all very kind and the queen hosting was hilarious. I will say for some people though: if you can’t follow the rules of no recording or vaping inside, don’t go. You ruin it for everyone else and you will get kicked out lol. I will say, one of the dancers was rude and asking us for more money(???), but staff listened to our complaints and sympathized with us. Definitely coming back! VIP tix were worth it to have a table and seats so we could stay as long as we wanted. Definitely know what you’re getting yourself into if you go downstairs for Spunk. Honestly probably our favorite bar on our gay bar crawl!

Rude disrespectful bartender Friday night December 29th. I went there for the first time and paid the cover charge and went inside and use the bathroom came out and sat at the bar and the bartender never acknowledged me as of what drink I desire. He was too busy socializing, making other drinks. So another patron sat next to me and within seconds he waited on the patron. I politely excused myself and left and to be honest I should have ask for my 10 dollars back. Either it was as my skin color or I don’t speak of his native tongue. Either way never again. I went across the street and had a great time at Stone wall inn. I was great by the bartender soon as I walked in and waited me. For us as gay queer or whatever, we are

It was my very first time coming to the place for a friend’s birthday celebration. Not knowing how private dancing works i was grabbed by a Latino dancer “Luis” and somehow convinced me to the $20 experience. It ended with him touching all over my body to the point that I should’ve been the one charging, not him! He prolonged the dance til it reached $100 without me noticing cause he was choking me aggressively. I tried explaining to the queens who were assigned what happened but they seem to have a scam going on. Definitely first and last for me. Be mindful of these people. They’re not all nice. They don’t care if youre Trans or a first timer. 👎🏻

Asked for a virgin drink then got one that was spiked with vodka. Then a bunch of strippers took my date to a backroom. Him allowing that reflected more on him so thats why im giving two stars.
