She was able to give us great recommendations for drinks and every bottle was served with a smile! Amazing conversation – you can tell that she loves her job and wants to make sure that every guest gets the most out of their visit. I would return just for her!

The bouncers specified at the door that there was a $200 spending minimum for men. I went with my boyfriend. They did not specify that the total had to be put all on one card and couldn’t be paid with cash at all. We put about $150 down in cash and wanted to charge a different card to pay. The bartender was very rude and told us that it wasn’t his fault that we didn’t understand the directions. He tried to charge us an additional $200 and was very rude about it. So I had to get the manager. Still ended up overpaying. Club overall was a really cool vibe. But way too expensive. Should not be able to have a spending minimum of $200.

Had a great night at The Palace NYC. Huge Thank you to the door staff – got my group in smoothly and fast. No issues. Once inside, we were whisked to our table in no time. Props to the team for making it seamless. Will be back for sure!
