The Steel Yard

First time here, I’m amazed how there’s not more nights that cater for a wider audience. It’s such a great venue for music and I went here for a day party over the Easter weekend. Was a lot of fun!

It’s right by cannon street station, central and just super easy all round.

Would highly recommend it if there’s a night you have in mind 💯

Staff were nice and overall had a solid time (sorry for a lack of photos, tells you how enjoyable the night was)

If u have a bunch, just go and have fun. The place is really amazing if u go as a pack. We went for Halloween, and it was amazing.

Big props to The Steel yard. Place was buzzing for Virus & Blackout finally found a club with good sound systems and nice security that actually have humility. I was unwell in the smokers and instead of being man handled out, I was given half an hour to chill out the front before being re-assessed and rightly allowed back in to finish the night(i was completely fine in the end). The queue to get in was massive but moved fast, the search was thorough but not intrusive and drinks were expensive but thats London. Would defo go again

Good venue but security were disgusting. Rude, obnoxious and completely over the top. Searching every guys shoes at the door?! They would shine torches into the faces of extremely vulnerable people on the dance floor and perform random searches, with no probable cause. Given the type of events hosted here, this could go sideways very quickly and cause serious mental harm. This was not a safe and welcoming environment. Absolutely terrible.

Really like this venue. It is not too big bit can always find space to dance, the acoustics are pretty good and the staff are (mostly) chatty and friendly.
