The Well London

I have been a few times and found the place average at best. Tonight my s/o and I asked the door staff how many people were inside so we could decide whether paying the cover was worth it or not. The security guard claimed 30 people. When we walked in there were fewer than 9 people inside. I respectfully requested a refund as we entered based on a lie. The red haired male said yes initially.The female security guard said no and that once you’re in it’s too late. I reminded her that we only came in because she lied to us to get our money. She claimed that “people left” and that’s why there were fewer people. I reminded her that I was right there and would have noticed 20 people walk out. Business must be hurting if they’re lying to get people inside. Now I see why🗑 I know it’s not much money but being lying to customers is not a way to establish a brand. I’m curious to see how long this place will last because it’s often dead. Best of luck!

Went for a memorial to celebrate a friend, and The Well didn’t disappoint. We were able to remember her with the community, but also to celebrate – as she would have wanted. Servers were friendly, fast, and fun; the show for the evening was spectacular. We will, for sure, be back!

Naomi is amazing! We love her. Best security ever! She is nice and funny and helpful and strong. She is an icon. We love the the well because of her.

The security guard Naomi has been the most pleasant experience every time I have come to the well. Other bars in London are so aggressive and unfriendly and Naomi has made me feel both safe and secure. Naomi makes this bar.

Have been here a few times since Lavish went away and am very impressed. New sound system and lighting is really good, and the DJ nails it every time. I love the dancers as well! Even the security is really nice and professional. No complaints at all, London finally has a real safe space.
