I haven’t been to pubs a lot but I’m pretty sure this is not how it should be run. Absolutely no management whatsoever. The bouncers asked my friend to step outside because he was drunk and asked us to look after him. After an hour of waiting and him sobering up, they refused to let him in and we (who stepped outside to keep an eye on him) didn’t even have any drinks and as soon as we re-entered the pub, the manager asked us to pay again and when we showed her the ticket, she said she didn’t care and since we exited the pub, we have to pay again. The alcohol is overpriced as well. Would not recommend to anyone.

The entry staff lied to us about the club night and charged us entry fee of £10 pounds but all the dance floors were closed inside and there was a private event happening. When we asked for a refund the bouncer acted in a very aggressive way and even pushed my friend out even though he didn’t have the authority to do so. Pathetic, don’t recommend.

This place is total disgrace. Made greatest mistake. Is dangerous as well. Been hit in a face by careless security guy. the worst. Go somewhere else. It was waste of the money. And music is rubbish as well. Also they took a chewing gum from my friend and throw it in a bin.

Good for dancing on weekends, Great security, Crowd depends but usuallt I have seen people not respecting others.

2 major things I want to point out:

1. Tiger Tiger does a great job in managing security because at times people are so bad, Like they can molest and harrass and I am so thankful that management just kicks them out.

2. Bar keepers are good, but some people just because they have good contacts hire their family members to provide drinks which works like its their own club and are disrespectful, Specially a girl on weekend who works part time and is someones sister and was working on 1st floor on one of the bar which was in the centre.
She has no public relation skills and this is for the management to see that people are genuinely interested to be a bar keeper and they should be hired rather than these people who are here working just for money and they are eating jobs of those who needs those.

I wish I could have written a better story, because over all experience with the club has been good for me but I really wish people who visit should know how to behave properly.

Also I see a lot of negative comments on security people being kicked out,
Some people deserve this, Just out yourself in their shoes and think if they won’t kick such anti social elements , the inner experience of the club will be horrible.
