Villa Nightclub

We attended the venue for a Fringe Show. The show was excellent but unfortunately the venue ruined the show. It was hot, sticky and smelly inside. I saw the bar staff trying to get the aircon turned up/on as they were sweating too.
They left house lights on over some of the seating so it made it even harder to see the stage on top of the pillars. We paid more for seats but we were able to see seated so ended up standing then getting in trouble for standing where we could see. It’s a shame as the show Carousel was great but overall the night wasn’t due to the venue.

Pretty good venue. Sound and lighting systems decent, bar is expansive and bartenders are generous with their pours (could’ve used a couple more bartenders though to make waiting times for drinks less). The big disappointment however, is how sticky the floors are. Not just the wooden dance floor areas, but the carpet as well. Makes you feel like you just stepped in a muddy puddle, making dancing more difficult. Get a mop villa!

What nightclub has no air conditioning in Summer ?! Are you serious?!!! Worst venue I’ve ever been to, hands down.

Not recommend any promotor to organise event here. Had a very bad experience in how they settle the bill. I believed I have been overcharged by these people and they never send us a proper breakdown or invoice. Didn’t return money for walks in as well.

Here for a Trance event that got changed from Metros and what an absolute disappointment with the venue. As soon as you walk in it stinks of vomit throughout the whole joint and the awkward positioned toilets smells of a unchanged cat litter. Payed alot for ticket for this just to unenjoy so much to leave very ealry without getting my moneys worth for the international super star Ferry Corsten.
