Tonight we dined at Artesano Peruvian restaurant and had an incredible experience. The food was absolutely amazing, with each dish bursting with flavor and authenticity. Our server, Angel, provided exceptional service, making our meal even more enjoyable. From start to finish, every aspect of our visit was delightful. Artesano Peruvian restaurant truly exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to return for another unforgettable dining experience.

Went during lunch on a friday, pretty empty
the chicha pisco sour was good! I like the classic one too.
We had the artesano ceviche, the salmon tiradito, beef anticucho, lomo saltado, aji de gallina. the salmon tiradito sauce was really good. the salmon was fresh. the ceviche w the squid was alright, but again, the sauce was great. the beef anticucho was really good and i like how juicy it is. the lomo was really good too i like the rough texture of the lomo. the aji was new, i think they have saffron in it

We sat at the chef’s counter, and could watch the whole kitchen. The kitchen itself wasn’t impressive in that it didn’t feel like an upscale restaurant kitchen; it could use a renovation. But the dishes they were putting out certainly were upscale.
Our server was awesome; he explained how Peruvian cuisine was influenced by many cultures, including Spanish and Japanese. And the dishes showcased exactly that. The flavors were varied and international.
Most dishes contained some kind of pepper, and that was intentional. So some were spicy, with the ceviche being particularly so.
Overall, we really enjoyed the meal. The chef even gave us an extra course on the house. Will definitely return to try their a la carte menu.

Everything was amazing!!! If you get one thing, get the artesano ceviche. I would honestly do a tasting menu of all ceviches. I also got the chicha morada mocktail, classic ceviche, scallop tiradito, amuse bouche, palette cleanser, corn dessert, and passion fruit sorbet. Make sure to get the cancha!!! Soooooo good!
