About this restaurants :
I will say this, I didn’t leave hungry, that’s for sure. However, the one thing that stands out is their credit card system would not take my Chase Sapphire Reserve card for some reason. Wasn’t declined but just wouldn’t work at their terminal. That was the only downside. Food was good, portions are small for the money but, like I said before, didn’t leave hungry. I have been wanting to go here for some time from our trip up here from Florida. Experience was great. Music, fantastic.
If you’re looking for a really nice low-lit ambiance flooded by great sound goodness, sharing plates and delicious cocktails, this place is for you. We recommend the fried noodles, absolutely amazing. We do have to point out that some of the plates were lacking some sort of kick to go with the place and seemed a little on the safer side. Ambiance is really great and that is what this place Aces in and should be extremely proud of. Come check it out!
Visited to celebrate a friend’s surprise bday dinner and had an AMAZING time and culinary experience. Luckily the group of people I went with were all willing to share tastes of each other’s plates so I was able to try their scallops, wagyu, some sushi with snow crab meat, soft shell crab bao buns, and duck which were all phenomenal! The drinks were also exceptional and I can honestly say that my palate which is used to more “traditional” restaurants was opened to a fine dining experience and I can’t wait to go back! The service was excellent, and the decor was Asian inspired with a huge Buddha statue that had some sort of immersive/led lighting that changed periodically. The place is gorgeous BUT if I could change anything, it would be the lighting. It’s all dark wood and decor, and the have the lights way too low. I was pleasantly surprised when they offered coat check, and the girls at the table all raved about the bathroom which was dark and sleek like the restaurant, but great for selfies!
Perfect place for a romantic evening, or an upscale dinner party experience. Highly recommend.

If you’re looking for a memorable night out in NYC, make sure you add Buddha-Bar New York to your reservation list. The ambiance, food, and service are top notch.
Ambiance: They have a gorgeous mezzanine where you can enjoy one of their signature cocktails before or after your meal. They’re main dining area is stunning as well.
Food: Dinner here is delicious. It may be a bit of a splurge, but you’ll enjoy high quality ingredients prepared & plated artfully. I’ve tried the Wild Mushroom Fried Rice, Duck Breast, Wok Seared Scallops, and several apps and they’ve all been very good. The duck breast is cooked perfectly and the truffle portion on the fried rice is generous.
Service: I felt very taken care of at Buddha-Bar and received a high quality of service. Their team was friendly and attentive, it was a great experience. Thank you!
Had a wonderful time! Crab bao buns and sushi were fantastic! Service was quick but not rushed. Drinks were well made and the Mandarin Dessert is a must try! Definitely a place you have to visit while in NYC. Beautiful ambiance as well, make sure to get a picture in front of the Buddha sculpture!!
