Chapter One Restaurant

Mere words fail me when it comes to Chapter One. Everything is stunning. The food is unreal, making you question what you’re eating and how good it tastes and makes you feel.
The service is unbelievable, sincere, and comes from a friendliness that isn’t forced. It is kind and attentive, and they really want you to have a great time. The art within, whether hanging from the walls or ceilings, is also representative on the plates, where it is most important. The pace of service delivery is conducive to great digestion and enjoyment. If we could eat here every week, we would.

Booked a last minute reservation here not knowing what to expect. Turned out to be one of our favorite restaurants ever. The service was amazing. All the dishes were excellent and full of flavor. I don’t remember a dish I didn’t like.

The manager also gave us a kitchen tour without us even asking. This restaurant is a 2 star Michelin but really deserves to be 3 stars. It’s on par with other restaurants like per se, eleven Madison Park, French Laundry etc.

Reservations for two people are hard to get, but if you check the day before, they usually open up spots.

I came for an outstanding culinary experience and got just that. Everything was incredibly tasty and unique. The breads were the only item that were not out of this world.

I did not regret getting the extra fancy Irish coffee with Jameson. It was smooth and came with a little show. Go see for yourself.

The atmosphere is really nice and classy, with great art all over.

Overall, this was worth every penny!

Exceptional. There’s honestly nothing to say other than if you’ve been considering trying Chapter One, definitely go for it. Highly professional, skilled, and creative. The ambience is also spot on. Couldn’t fault it! 🤩

Absolutely amazing experience! The food was incredible and you can really appreciate the effort and level of detail that goes into the dishes. Though the portions look small altogether they were quite filling and the flavour was another level. The serving staff were extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable of the dishes and were great banter, they made what I thought would be a quite formal dining experience relaxed and fun. The venue and toilets were emasculate. It’s worth the price and would definitely return!
