What do Eh! Restaurant visitors reviews this place?
Eh! Restaurant impresses with its charming ambiance and exquisite cuisine. Nestled in a cozy corner of the city, it’s a hidden gem that offers a delightful dining experience. The menu, though compact, is a culinary journey, featuring a fusion of traditional flavors with a modern twist. The standout dish for me was the ‘Herb-Crusted Lamb Rack’, perfectly cooked to tender perfection with a symphony of spices. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable, adding a personal touch to the evening. Prices are on the higher side, but for the quality of food and service, it’s well worth it. A must-visit for those seeking a unique gastronomic adventure!
If you are looking for a big breakfast to fuel a demanding tourist itinerary or a hearty dinner on a small budget, then drop into Eh Restaurant. Their menu is small featuring burgers, seared tuna, steaks and a variety of daily specials. This restaurant is staffed with International students, the service is keen and conscientious. The food is well prepared and nicely presented. We ordered pepper steaks and requested that our steaks be medium rare and they were medium rare!! The grilled vegetable were tasty and the fried potatoes top-notch. My only complaint would be that the cheesecake we had for dessert is made without vanilla and although it is rich and creamy and topped with fresh fruit it tastes of nothing (not worth the calories).
Different kind of food is available for international students and easly accessible.
This is a great little place for good but cheap items. Me and my girlfriend got a pair of coffees and chicken sandwiches, and they were really great, much better then regular coffee shop ones. They were pretty slow getting us our food, but I think it was because the nearby english school was on a lunch break, so it was pretty filled up when we showed up, and nearly empty when we left.
It also wasn’t very Canadian… with a name like “Eh!” I was expecting beavers and geese and peaberry bacon and maple syrup, but they had nothing like that. Don’t get your hopes up.
But for a soup and sandwich under $10, it was great. I’d really recommend going there on your lunch break.
This is not a full restaurant anymore, it’s the school Cafeteria, but you can buy great coffee and pastries
