An absolutely magnificent and memorable event. I’m choosing to call my evening here an “event” because that is exactly what it was. If you’re looking for an unforgettable experience to look back on or plan for look no further. The complexity and pairings of flavors is something truly remarkable. A delightful surprise with each bite. After finishing eating my wife and I were given a tour of the kitchen. Everything, and I mean everything is top notch here and I will be singing your praises, Ever, til I’ve told everyone. Thank you for an amazing experience. I will definitely be returning

A Michelin restaurant that values every customer. From food to service, they understand every type of customer and don’t overlook making sure that every menu item, very detail, and every need mattered. I gotta say, it’s the best well rounded restaurant that we’ve ever been to. They made my husband’s birthday extra memorable. We found out about this restaurant through the show ‘The Bear’ and truly appreciated the level of awareness and care that this restaurant gives. The service experience team who attended to our every need were amazing – Arturo, Sebastian, Ryan, Danny. The gracious manager also took the time to take us to the kitchen where we got to see Chef Curtis and his team’s meticulous attention to all the dishes, plating, and coordination of the whole experience, led by Matthew. What an awesome dining experience!

So impressed with our first Michelin Star restaurant experience! Everything about EVER is outstanding! The food is beautifully and creatively presented, and each dish pairs numerous flavors and textures together for a truly unique taste. The staff glide around the room in what looks like a neatly choreographed dance. They are incredibly personable and professional, and go above and beyond to make your experience exceptional. 10/10 recommend everyone try an experience like this once in their lives. We can’t wait to go back again for more.

Phenomenal. Ever is one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. The restaurant itself is beautifully designed. The staff is friendly as well as knowledgeable. The dishes were beautifully crafted and the intelligent pairings (one wine and one non-alcoholic) amplified each course. Couldn’t have asked for more. It was perfect 🌹

We had an amazing experience at Ever last night for my husband’s birthday. The food was so delicious and the portion sizes were perfect. Service was impeccable and we got a tour of the kitchen after dinner and Chef Duffy was there. Special shout out to the sommelier, who we told we were going to the South Africa winelands in a few months, and he gave us a list of recommended wineries while we are there. After dinner, we went to the bar After, and everything was seamlessly coordinated. Thank you for not just a meal, but an experience.
