About this restaurants :
The pastas were truly delicious. We walked in during the slow period, and no one was at the door to greet us. We waited maybe a minute for staff to notice but that was fine.
Our initial server was super pleasant. She was sweet and very knowledgeable of the menu. However, the guy who took our order was cold even forgot the drink order.
The meal made up for it. The calamari was a hit.
The ravioli was definitely a must try, and the seafood pasta was wonderful. Right balance of flavors.
I was disappointed a little with the braised short ribs. Not enough salt, and the flavors were a tad lacking. The polenta could have done with a little more cheese, but the texture was good.
The cheese cake was a welcomed finish.

I’ve been wanting to visit for over a year, so I was very happy. And I will definitely be back.
What can I say that hasn’t been said already? Amazing… nothing beats fresh made pasta to order, and they have it!
Me and my two kids came in and they treated us wonderfully. Very attentive service and accommodating.
The food is also appropriately priced, some what under priced for the quality. I am impressed.
I wanted to try a new Italian restaurant in DC. The reviews looked good so I gave it a try. It’s located right on Black Lives Matter plaza. Love the ambiance. A dim old world vibe. Cigars and strong drinks. It’s very elegant on the inside. The service was slow but there were a number of workers around. My food was tasty. My friends opted for the short ribs. They weren’t impressed. My lamb chops were good. I’ll have to return to try their pasta. I saw it go by on many plates. Kudos to the calamari as well, though it was a small portion.
They add 20% right to the bill so their workers can make more. I feel that is dishonest. Just raise your prices and I can decide if I want to eat there. It’s a pity bc their food was amazing. So we’re some other parts but I will leave those out as I do not rate review restaurants that do this. Shame…
Decent brunch spot in DC with a unique Italian menu and brunch specials. We ordered the $35 – 3 course meal with the umlimited mimosa special.
I ordered the rigatoni and the Italian shakshuka. Both were decent.
The mimosas were great and an added plus! The waiter kept them coming.
The service was phenomenal with friendly staff.
The silverware was dirty, and I had to ask for replacements. Also, our original seats were dirty as well, and I asked to move.
Decent spot, especially for $35.
