What do Laila Lunch & Brunch, Cockburn Street, Edinburgh visitors reviews this place?
The food looks aesthetically pleasing. The best part about my dish was the smoked paprika fries. They made up for the lack of seasoning in the slow cooked beef. Otherwise cute little cafe.
My friend ordered the chicken and waffles. It tastes good.
I ordered the slow cooked beef with flatbread. It was priced £14 then after service fee it was £18. So yeah I don’t like how the menu was not explicit about the service charge fee. Maybe I didn’t see it.
The place is nice and specious.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The food is delicious and the portion is fair enough.
The prices are above average to me.

Overall experience was great and I would recommend it.
this place was amazing! after being disappointed w/ a diff. popular brunch spot, we were hesitant abt this tiktok popular location – boy, was i wrong! the food was absolutely fabulous and perfectly portioned! the atmosphere was also super cute + cozy (+ pink!!!). i had the small portion of chicken + waffles…perfection!
Me and my partner had brunch here a couple of weeks ago- it was absolutely divine!! The staff are all absolutely lovely, the place is gorgeous, and the food was to die for! I had the candy floss rose pancakes and a unicorn latte and they were both stunning. I also loved the tater tots- these are a must!! It was such a busy weekend when I went and they were down to one chef- even so the staff were absolutely lovely, they explained there might be a wait but honestly it didn’t feel like a long time at all! I only wish I lived closer so I could come here every week 😭
Staff are super friendly, and this cafe is so cute! The Disco Heaven drink is very tasty. If you like hot honey, the tater tots are a must!
