London Stock

The food at London Stock was incredible, I took my boyfriend here for his birthday meal and we had an amazing time.
The staff were friendly and attentive.
A great tasting menu, definitely visit whilst you can.

We enjoyed a delicious lunch, the food looks beautiful and tastes even better. A lot of care and attention has been put into harmonious flavours and textures. The soufflé was the best I’ve had, it was incredibly light. The set lunch menu is a bargain and I was surprised it was not busier. My one gripe was we constantly had to ask for our wine to be topped up , just leave it on the table!

restaurant experience doesn’t get any better than this: amazing food with creative flavour combinations, superior service, and chilled ambience. we opted for the three course lunch menu and tried different dishes – everything was superb and couldn’t quite pick a favourite. the complimentary brioche bread & butter set expectations very high, and indeed everything that followed was on a par (including the complimentary mini macarons at the end). good portion sizes and price point.

Had a fantastic lunch there yesterday. We had the taster menu and were under a time pressure so asked the waitress if we could still get it. She spoke with the chefs and as long as we ate fairly quickly it would’ve been ok. So we began.

The first dish was a dark brioche which was soft and layered. With their own butter it melted in my mouth. It was a great palette cleanser but also sweet to the younger. An awesome start.

The menu was pretty, creative and tasted great. We had different highlights between us which shows the diversity of the dishes.

My highlights were the langoustines and the meat dishes. See the pictures.

We didn’t go for the wine pairing on account of our timing and due to commitments later that day but we had a bottle of French white which was perfect for the meal. They have an extensive wine list.

Honestly the food was really good. I would highly recommend it. Service was also efficient and helpful.

Mi would definitely go again. And sit facing the kitchen if like me you like to see what is going on.

It was my first tasting menu experience ever and I have to say that it was a delightful.

– Joanna was very kind since the beginning;
– Chef Patron Sebastian Rast and his team made a great job in kitchen. Very quiet and effective. Absolutely masters!
The food:
I totally destroyed the wrong concept about gourmet food (gourmet is tasteless or/and not fulfilling). Every single dish was an explosion of flavours. Absolutely stunning!
The ambience:
Loved the decoration in tones of black and brown and somehow shady and minimalist.

I can’t recommend this place enough!
Price vs quality outstanding!
