What do NOMAD Sydney visitors reviews this place?
First of all it is a great fine dining restaurant and bit heavy on pocket but the food taste and excellent service you will receive that will make your visit a worth to remember and living the exp of Sydney. The best part of set menu service I like that after finish of every service they make sure your table is clean before they serve you next food option on the table. Food is too amazing and wine collection is next level so choose the flavour as per your taste they will pour the best wine into your glass.
One of the best restaurant experiences in a long time. Everything was amazing… ambient, staff and the food! We started with the split pea hummus with bread which was absolutely delicious. Next we had the lamb shoulder, a beetroot salad and a baby cos salad… and wow… it couldn’t get any better.
First time there and it already skyrocketed to the top of our restaurant preference list.

Congrats to all the team!
This meal was excellent but pricey. If you don’t mind premium price for premium service and quality you are in luck. The staff is top notch and totally avoided all my many allergies with some modification to their dishes. When food is prepared fresh then they can do that sort of thing. Highly recommend.
This establishment is a must visit for food enthusiasts. This was our second dining experience at NOMAD and the zucchini flowers, rainbow trout, and date glazed wagyu tongue were superb and tasted remarkable. We finished our meal on a high with desserts; Medjool Date and Olive Oil ice cream sandwich. Service was exceptional and each waiter/waitress was attentive and explained the menu in depth. Despite being busy during lunch time, the service standard met our expectations. We hope to return soon in the near future.
Desert Queen is very nice. Chill sweet and refreshing.
Moderately uphill is a bit normal. Expected.
Split beans humus is really yummy. Green onion is very suitable with hummus. Flat bread is very good. Smokey crunchy and soft.
Lamb is expected. Lack of more interesting spices. The currants were a bit too sour.
Roman bean were very good.
Lettuce was too sour
