ONE Dine at One World Observatory

We did the lunch experience and it was all wonderful. The food was rich and great portions. The drinks were heavy pours and delicious. For the money – the views and experience was phenomenal. Service was excellent. I would recommend getting your tickets at least 30 mins prior so you can enjoy some of the things leading up to lunch. For a “tourist” spot this was hands down one of the best overall things in all my travels and doing touristy things.

Paid for the premium dinner experience, which meant we got the “best” seats. Only to find that the restaurant is on a mezzanine, putting us 30 feet from the windows, and with all of the observatory visitors milling around just beneath us. No premium view as we were so far from the windows. No premium atmosphere as you have the noise from all of the observatory visitors. It felt more like being in a cafe, and for around $200 per person I would expect a lot more. Like being right next to a window. The design of the restaurant area does not allow for this, nor does it allow for a fine dining atmosphere, which I would expect for this money.

We did the premium view experience for my birthday and it was just spectacular. The views is next to none. The staff was friendly and prompt. Food was so tasty and delicious. The service was quick and the overall ambience is wonderful. I would love to go back again in the daytime to experience a different ambience from night.

Food was incredible! We got the burrata salad and tempura cauliflower as appetizers and then I had the roasted salmon and my fiance got the pasta dish our waiter was a doll! He brought us champagne to celebrate our newly engagement! They also put a congratulations on the dessert too
