Porto Restaurant

We came here at 5 for the early dinner menu, after reading all the good reviews. Love that they let us have the monk fish which is on the set menu but not the a la carte menu. Food was average, pigeon breast was a bit overcooked, the seasonal vegetables were cooked in white wine – not quite sure the rationale behind this. The service was not what we expected. We had to ask for sharing plates, the used cutleries for starters were not taken, we were being finger pointed by another waitress.. It was not a pleasant eating experience for us.

Fantastic restaurant. Great service from the second we walked in, a nice atmosphere and loved the music they had playing!
The food looked fantastic and tasted delicious. Nearly everything on the menu was able to be gluten free too.
Whilst it is slightly more expensive than your average restaurant, I would definitely say it is worth the money. Highly recommended!

The food and service were both absolutely perfect! All staff were beyond polite, helpful and really professional. The food was stunning! Will definitely be back and I highly recommend to others!!

Had a lovely meal here this week. The service was outstanding, they made our anniversary really special, and the food was delicious. Can’t fault it.
P.S the chips were hands down the best we have had!
