About this restaurants :
The food here is amazing! The vegetable soup is so gooooood! The brisket grilled cheese is out of this world. The atmosphere is great. It’s such an upscale tavern feel. There’s a great cocktail selection. You’ll have a great time here.
I enjoyed this restaurant on a Saturday for lunch with a bunch of friends and couldn’t have been more impressed and pleased by the service and food. We were a group of 8 and our server, Kerensa, was absolutely wonderful! She stayed super patient (even when we were in the middle of one of our laughing fits) and she took excellent care of us offering great recommendations for both the food and drinks. Their menu is like nothing I have ever seen with so many delicious offerings that you cant get anywhere else. We started with the dip trio which included a pimento cheese dip that the ladies raved about. I’m not a pimento fan so didn’t try it myself, but the look on their faces told me that if you like pimento dip, this is the way to go. We ALL decided to have the candied bacon & eggs and they were amazing! Interesting that you have to purchase them al a carte, but it was nice to just have one or two on the side of your meal which is what we opted for. Most of the ladies ordered cocktails from espresso martinis to the Kent’s Honey Bee and everyone was impressed. When Kerensa told me they had a key lime pie martini with graham cracker on the rim I had to make an exception and have a cocktail myself and I’m so glad I did! It wasn’t too sweet at all, perfectly flavored and balanced with tart and sweet, and I’m glad I limited myself to one…lol. For lunch I had the BLT sliders and OMG! The spicy mayo was on POINT providing the exact level of spice that I needed. I can’t wait to come back and try this place again!!
We had a great time eating here on a late Saturday night. The beer menu and late night drinks are diverse and modestly priced. The food was amazing and well seasoned. We could have picked one of each if we had the time. We will be back.
Wonderful food with a little twist. We didn’t even make it to the entrees, the appetizers were so filling! Staff was phenomenal. Our waiter Noah was super attentive. Can’t wait to go back again. Great atmosphere. A bit loud but such a great restaurant. The managers were so friendly as well as the support staff. A definite must try! I don’t remember the name of the drink but it’s a twist on an old fashion and they smoke the glass on a wood plank, wow, best drink I’ve ever tried, I highly recommend it! Kids meals were a nice size. Honestly, I wish I could have tried everything!!!
This is a great place for drinks and the appetizers are really tasty. I had the ribeye chicken fried steak and the portion was excellent but the steak itself lacked seasoning, the breading lacked seasoning as well, the mashed potatoes needed a little more butter and maybe some garlic but they where nice and fluffy.
