Republica St Kilda Beach

Perfect location to sit and chill. Great views of you get the right location to sit and the food meets the mark. It’s not exceptional but with taking everything into consideration I enjoyed it.

The ambience is so relaxing with the sound of waves complimented the music. Service is superb waiting time is to the minimum. Shout out to KC – our wait person, who was very attentive to our needs.

Organising our event with Republica was a breeze. Our guests enjoyed the food and the ambience. Everyone loved the beach view. Will definitely recommend Republica. They cover almost everything you need for an event – venue setup, beautiful view, delicious food and drink options – leaving you with just a few other items to think about.

We enjoyed our dinner here especially with the beautiful sunset just across from us. Even left our table for a bit just to enjoy the view because it was just stunning. Ordered the mushroom risotto and my friend got the fish & chips. Portions were quite big (for small eaters). They were quite busy when we visited but very friendly staff.

My friends and I had a wonderful lunch experience at Republica. The staffs were attentive and friendly. Not to mention every single item on the menu was good. You can randomly pick any dish and you will enjoy it.
The only downside, was that the main courses took a long time to come out. However, aside from that everything was great.
