This amazing restaurant is truly an incredible experience. The staff and team in the kitchen are well trained to ensure your visit is complete without asking. The food is truly incredible and innovative, utilizing local sources for all the magic that happens. If you’re celebrating a birthday or an anniversary, in the Niagara area, check this place out.

One of my favourite tasting menus – the ambience and vibe of the restaurant is sleek. I love how it’s also in the middle of nowhere, where you can only know where it is by finding a red bird on the road.

All dishes tasted very good. Most ingredients has been sourced locally in Ontario. Their wine, recommended by the servers, has been one of the best I’ve tasted (both red and white)

Tucked away in Grimsby, a quaint little restaurant masqueraded as a farm house lies Pearl Morissette.

Their 11 course dinner (optional 12) is delicious and definitely farm to table. They offered wine or juice pairings for the dinner; we opted for the juices which was very complementary to each dish.

A wide variety of seafood, meat and vegetables were used throughout the dishes and it wasn’t too much or too little.

Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area. Service and explanation of each dish were wonderful.

It was a bit difficult to find as the area was so dark, follow the red Robin motif.

We booked a private room for our anniversary and it did not disappoint! Every dish comes with a unique burst of flavour and every bite gives you something different. Highly recommended! This place definitely deserve a Michelin star! 🌟

Beautiful modern dining experience with a sampling menu. Dishes were well prepared, however there seemed to be a repetitive theme of a bit too much sodium on the savory dishes which over powers the freshness and delicate flavours such as scallop, crab, halibut…

The same thing occured with the jus for the lamb and the tenderloin.

The maitre d’ and rest of staff were on point, presenting the dishes very well with detailed description and enthusiasm.

Overall a great experience and with some improvements, will become one of the best dining experiences in the GTA.
