About this restaurants :
Fantastic dinner on a Monday evening! The beef was perfect, my wife had chicken and it was exquisite. Highly recommend, without hesitation. We arrived at 5, without reservations and were seated right away.
The best food I have ever eaten. I booked a table online but the earliest I could get was at 8.45pm, however we were passing about an hour before and popped in to see if we could get in any earlier and the staff kindly took us to a table. The place is lovely but the food is out of this world, this is certainly my all time favourite place to eat. Highly recommended.
Nice food but not amazing. The staff are friendly & gave good service. The food came out very quickly though – you can tell they want you gone after 90 minutes so you feel rushed! When you book it states how long you have the table for so we don’t need reminding. Therefore our experience wasn’t as relaxed as we’d hoped for a nice restaurant. We won’t rush back. We’d give this restaurant 3.5 stars but the staff 4 stars.
What a great place to eat. Incredible selection of food. All very high quality and cooked to perfection. 1000/10 will definitely be back.
Came here after reading all the great reviews and we weren’t disappointed. Fantastic set lunch menu with so much choice!
We had fishcake and French onion soup to start and also a side of garlic bread which tasted like a loaf had been dipped into a vat of garlic butter. It was amazing. Mussels and oeuf a la basque for mains and I had sticky toffee pudding. Our favourite meal we had in York!!
