What do Samad Al Iraqi Restaurant visitors reviews this place?
This place is generous and lively. At one point, they pumped up the music, and the kids danced in the entrance hallway. The lentil pea soup was warm and refreshing. And this wasn’t the only the only dish they generously gave for free. The meat biryani was rich and flavourful, the lamb chops soft, tender and spiced to perfection. The knafeh to close the meal was sinfully good. So what is not to love? This place embalms the Iraqi hospitality and does justice to the cuisine. I’m lucky that this place is a walking distance away. I shall be back for more.
This establishment excels in offering a delightful range of Iraqi culinary delights, presenting a broad spectrum of flavors to choose from. The customer service is top-notch, ensuring a welcoming and pleasant dining experience, complemented by a wonderful atmosphere that enhances the overall enjoyment. Special mention must go to the quality of the meats served here; they are exceptionally tender and cooked with precision, meeting the highest standards of culinary excellence. The stews deserve particular praise as well; each is a deliciously crafted dish, rich in flavor and perfectly seasoned.
Wonderful Iraqi cuisine in a fine area of London. Exceptional service and ambience, highly recommended especially if you like Middle Eastern food and want to try something different than the typical Lebanese restaurants all over London. Dolma, Quzi al Sham and Biryani are exceptional. Will be back to try breakfast menu soon
The food is nice, although the maqluba which is the best food in their menu is almost always finished, no matter when you go; how they can’t estimate which food is more favourite and make more of it? Although I ordered beryani which was nice but maqluba is the food which I go to this restaurant for it
Waitresses attitude and the way they treat people is not nice, we expect a better customer service from a restaurant in London

It was a great experience, is first time that we visited this traditional Iraqi restaurant, we were offered from the house a delicious lentil soup and an excellent tea. The staff is very friendly and professional Tamta and Abdullah Both are great staff. All the food and specially the lamb was excellent.
