About this restaurants :
Pros:
1. Check-in was easy.
2. The elevator ride was cute.
3. The waiter was excellent.
4. The truffle potato wedges were delicious!
5. The Messier 83 was phenomenal! (Dessert)
6.Raspberry chocolate cake was good.
7.Calamari was good, but the marinara sauce was not good.
Cons:
1. The room and atmosphere were lackluster. If you did not sit in the middle looking at the earth, you were looking at a blank screen. I felt like they should have had an interactive aspect like the Rainforest/T-Rex Cafe, such as a meteor shower or lights flashing.
2. The dining room felt like a cafeteria. The ambient noise and decor were not on theme.
3. I expected the drinks to be exciting such as the ones at Ogas. (There was no dry ice or cool effects.)
4.Food was bland and had no flavor. (Salmon, Pad Thai, and Tortellini.)
5. Very expensive for a mediocre meal and experience.
Food was fabulous, and their portions are HUGE. Services were amazing. They truly make you feel you’re in space!
But once I finally nailed a reservation, the experience, the ambiance, the staff and even the food has made this one of my top favorite restaurants on the WDW property.
The current lunch price is about $55 for your choice of an appetizer and main course meal. Desserts (I wish I had room for one) were $8-$14. Although $55/per person isn’t ideal when already spending a lot at Disney, I left happy and completely full. I don’t think I’ll have room for dinner at all. Thinking about how much tasting around the world is at Epcot, and the tiny portions you get from those booths, this is such a great option to keep you full while at Epcot.
PS. I wish there was a merchandise store following your meal. I totally would have bought something cool to commemorate my experience.
