Spice Bar Restaurant

It’s always a pleasure coming here and the fusion dishes are always unique and flavoursome. We usually drive here from Brisbane once a year. I’ll never forget the spiced wings they had a few years ago – it was quite an experience! They have an extensive wine list to select from. Toilets are nice and clean as well.

We were lucky enough to have Spice Bar cater for our Wedding Night on the balcony of our Mantra Apartment. It was a truly magical evening for the two of us. The food, the service and the lead up communication was perfect. We particularly recommend the scallops, sashimi and eye fillet. YUMMY!!!! Thank-you Spice Bar. Next time we are in Mooloolaba we will experience your delicious food and great service in your restaurant.

I made a decision to take my daughter to Spice Bar for her graduation celebration. I absolutely picked the right restaurant. The team are pure professionals, from front of house to the kitchen. We chose to go with the 9 course degustation and all 3 of us dining agreed it was easily one of the best meals of our lives. Each dish had it’s own unique flavour profile and left us discussing what we just had and what could be next, it was an amazing experience, not just a meal. Special thanks to Flo, he was certainly kept on his toes all night and was always making sure we had everything we needed. Harry behind the bar makes an incredible cocktail and Marnie makes you feel extremely welcome. The kitchen also accommodated for some annoying dietary requirements which again, they nailed. I cannot praise this restaurant enough, everything about the food and beverage is meticulously presented and the hosts are at another level. Food, service, atmosphere 5 stars. I’m already making excuses to plan my next visit.

The cocktails were delicious and the quality made them well worth the price.

For not being a vegan establishment, they absolutely nailed the vegan meals we shared. The tempura mushroom and agedashi tofu were our favourites. Everything was cooked and flavoured to perfection. We’ll definitely be back.

Second visit, just as great as the first. The scallops are fresh, the spiced martini’s were amazing and there were some amazing vegan options.
