A magical experience. 5 star dining matched with wines and 5 star service (particularly from Adi, Beyoncé and Saverio) Very romantic evening with views to Uluṟu and Kata Tjuta and small numbers (there were only six tables and 13 guests in total) so star talk around the fire with a cognac or hot chocolate was intimate and interactive.

One of the best dining experiences ever! Everything from the hotel pickup, through to the welcome with sparkling wine and delicious canapés…all with the backdrop of Uluru (at sunset) and the intriguing sounds of a Yidaki (didgeridoo) being played.

The staff are professional, friendly and attentive. Every small detail is taken care of – even wet hand towels on arrival. The chef came out and showcased the local food used in the meals, and we even got to sample things you would only read about.

The food and wine pairing is fine dining at its best, but under the stars and high on a dune. Every need incl a blanket and gas heater is anticipated and on the ready at your table for two.

The evening starts to conclude with all the table lamps being extinguished and our driver (Michael) who talked (and pointed out using a laser pointer) the stars inc the Southern Cross!

Then just before boarding the 4WD coach back we sat in front of the fire and had a cognac. Wow!

Costly? Yes but worth it.

The food wasn’t bad but I wouldn’t rave about it. The bushes around the platform block theb view of Uluru. Staff were amazing and Joes talk on the stars was incredible. Certainly not a $400 experience. Next time I’ll buy myself a nice meal and go on the astrology tour for $60.

Can’t say enough about this place and the experience. We booked it out for our wedding dinner, from start to finish it was amazing. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. We had the full bush tucker experience, with all the produce and each dish explained with matching wines. Every dish was excellent. It really made our wedding something special for our guests 👏🏼

A once in a lifetime experience. So very special. Fine dining in the desert and excellent staff.
