Appetizer hummus with pita bread could be better. They don’t make their bread. The chief needs to think about that. The quality of bread is bad.

Please review the preparation of hummus. The chef needs to provide guidance to his team. It is not prepared properly. Too dry, it may be missing some oil and lemon.

For main dish I had Souvlaki. I was surprised the kebab was ground meat and NOT pieces of lamb.

For one time experience is fine. It’s not worth the money.

Balkan Greek Restaurant offers authentic flavours and dishes, which were wildly delicious!

We were a big group so we were able to order a variety of appetizers from whipped spicy feta to spanakopita. The apps were hot, delicious, and packed with flavours. I also liked that regardless of us being able to order a variety, each dish was individual. Cool, relaxing vibes, with flavourful food! Would definitely go back!

This restaurant was recommended by our ski guide at lake Louise. We made a same day reservation and were seated immediately on arrival. We ordered the two drink specials white sangria and a raspberry mojitos both were delicious. We opted for two appetizers hummus and Greek street fries. The hummus and grilled pita were great but I think $13 cad is high for the portion. The star was the fries with feta, green onions, lemon sauce, and a garlic mayo dip. I’ll be back for more. Entrees were the lamb souvlaki and edamame falafel sandwich. Both great choices. The servers and food runners were also very professional.

Burnt Bland Expensive Ripoff! Came during Remembrance Day 2023 long weekend, as it is now Tuesday (day after long weekend) but lack of service, care and food quality tastes is no excuse when restaurant is half closed, half of the restaurant is closed off with the lights off and not even busy.

Came with my wife and kids and server just sat us, was not friendly, didn’t bother to light our candle like everyone else’s, she didn’t even bother to give us water!

We ordered Kalamari (no real complaints, it was good) Now the Lemon & Herb Lamb Chops was unacceptable, 4/5 chops were burnt!

Arni Psito Lamb Shank looked good, but after we ate it found that it was disgusting, tasted like it was frozen pre-made bland tasteless grocery store and absolutely not fresh.

This was supposed to be the highlight last dinner of our 4 night ski vacay trip but turned out to be the worst tasting, terrible uncaring service and experience for the high expensive price we’re extremely disappointed, feeling extremely ripped off and will not be going back again.
