The Dome

This was by far the best afternoon tea. The setting is stunning, the service was slick and everything was well made.
We went to celebrate a birthday and you could just tell this place was well run and the staff were beyond helpful and welcoming.
Shout out has to go to Stuart for the humour and making the visit feel special. Saffron who served us was fantastic. You made our afternoon kick off in the best of ways – thank you

Dome is the ultimate experience! The place is incredibly decorated during festive times and the food at the grill room is fabulous! Delicious plates, nice cocktails and incredible service. The staff was amazing and I will definitely return. Highly recommended but Keep in mind to make your reservation a couple days in advance cause it gets pretty packed.

Lovely afternoon at the Tea. We booked well in advance and it did not disappoint. Our server was extremely attentive and polite, and she made sure we always had our teapots full (the service includes as many refills of your drink as you’d like). Only a few portions of the tower were left and we were offered to prepare them for take away. The only drawback is they increased the afternoon tea prices since we booked, and were charged the new price (even when they said they’d honor the price when you booked)

Absolutely deserved 5 stars! What a wonderful experience. We had non alcoholic cocktails in the bar first followed by dinner in the Grill Room. The service was very attentive, the staff knowledgeable and friendly. The food was delicious and beautifully presented (we had the Festive Menu on the very last day) It was an absolute treat to experience the festive decorations. The tree was mesmerising!

I visited on a Wednesday for lunch with a group of friends. The table had been booked for many months as it is so busy in December. The room was beautifully decorated and very welcoming. The staff were first class in every aspect. The food was lovely but nothing special really and I felt a bit underwhelmed by it – maybe I just made poor menu choices. I think it was also a little too expensive – please note that a 10% service charge is added to the bill.
