UNA pizza + wine – Banff

The pizza was delicious, we had the Tiki and Sweet and Spicy Prosciutto pizza. The gnocchi with mushroom and bacon was too doughy with little and no taste of potatoes. Overall the atmosphere was intimate and cozy. Make sure you come early or later due to the popularity of the restaurant.

Went here for the first time and it was great. Our server Beth was exceptional. Always in to top off our drinks and was super helpful when we spilled water on the table 😬. you could tell they were busy but she still makes sure we had everything we needed and that food and drinks were good. Great server. Food was amazing as well. We started with the Ricotta and the carpaccio. The creaminess of the ricotta topped with honey on top was phenomenal. and the crostini that came with it were even better. The portions are very good. Carpaccio was $18 and for that price there was A LOT even for 4 people. Also, they have a great wine selection. i definitely recommend and will come back for sure!

Some friends and I stopped in for lunch at UNA today and I will say I left absolutely speechless!! I am a sucker for some good pasta so of course I got the four cheese + spinach ravioli and it was to die for!! so much flavour, great portion sizes, great price and amazing staff! Our server made sure to ask us if we have any allergies, they even have gluten free crust for pizzas and vegan options! atmosphere was phenomenal to say the least. I believe they were playing a Harry Potter Audiobook over the speakers.. in the bathroom, I didn’t want to leave!! haha for just seeing this place across the street and deciding to visit on a whim I was highly impressed! 10/10 would recommend

A great Banff version of a favorite Calgary Italian eatery. Friendly staff made it easy to enjoy a casual meal of delicious pasta and pizza. Vegetarian pizza was truly impressive, with a light thin crust and loaded with fresh vegetables. Freshly made tiramisu donuts were an innovative finish.

Wow – absolutely incredible food! We ordered the veggie pizza and the fried garlic bread (we also asked for marinara on the side which was +$3).

The pizza was one of the best I’ve had in a while. It was such a great balance of savory, lightly sweet, and cheesy. The fried garlic bread was also delicious, but we did feel like it would go better with dipping sauce on the side. Service was quick, but it was busy and we did have to wait for about 40 min to get seated.

Would definitely come back because this was a delicious meal.
