Beautiful food. And beautiful interior, the walls are full of history and collectors items.

We had wings and potatoes skins for starters. And roast beef and chicken for mains. All absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend and I will definitely return.

Delicious food, definitely worth the detour. The roast chicken dinner was unreal! We’ll nearly have to go back for dessert as we felt we were missing out. Veg soup was so good, fab atmosphere and attentive, friendly staff

My family and I booked a table for 1pm for a Sunday and were informed that the table was needed back at 2.30pm. Usual sittings at 12.30, 2.30 and 4.30. I had the hake with mixed bean and chorizo ragu with grilled Asparagus and baby potatoes at €22. It was excellent and so tasty: highly recommend. My husband had the salmon special with mashed potato and vegetables at €21 & he was very happy with this. The 2 kids shared a spaghetti bolognese at €6 which was devoured. We ordered a jug of Miwadi at €2, glass of milk for kid at €1 and glass of house white at €7 for the table between us.
For afters, we shared a very tasty Eton Mess at €7.30 and kids ice-creams 2x €1.65 each and 2 Americanos at €3.20 each. Very family friendly. Well staffed. Great value given quality. Friendly welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely return. Keep up the great work, friendliness and value.

Highly recommend! The food was 10/10 and the service was amazing! The food came out so quickly, it was absolutely delicious and there was a lovely atmosphere. I will definitely be going back.

My partner and I where delighted to book Weirs for lunch after we got married yesterday. It was a small party of just us and our parents. The atmosphere and coziness of Weirs was so welcoming. The staff where amazing and the food was to die for ! I highly recommend the Fish and Chips. Compliments to the chef and compliments to the owner, we had an unforgettable day and can’t wait to see you all again. Thank you all for some great memories
